We are seeking a positive team player who is looking for a self-motivated and fast-paced environment. This is an entry-level position with high visibility and great potential for advancement. This is an Administrative position with a focus on data entry.

• Data Entry (Order Entry, Shipping, Purchasing and Quality Control)
• Filing (physical paperwork and digital files)
• Scanning, faxing and emailing
• Receptionist duties
• Mail sorting and distribution
• Creating spreadsheets, letters, forms and other documents
• Completing special assignments and projects

• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize work
• Excellent typing and ten key skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and independently
• Experience with the following software is required:
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
• Internet Explorer or other web browsers
• Experience with the following preferred, but not required (will train):
• Database and/or ERP systems
• Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with a manufacturing company is a plus.
• Candidates must have the ability to occasionally work overtime
