We are currently hiring experienced Customer Service Reps for our Hanover, PA client. There are multiple FT (Mon - Fri from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm) temp-to-hire openings with a starting pay of $12 - $13/hr. 



Experience & Skills Required: 

  • 2+ years of previous experience in a customer service role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good listening and comprehension skills
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be dependable, organized, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines 


Education: High School Diploma or equivalent  


Environment/Physical Demands: This position requires incumbents to:

Regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone

Occasionally required to stand and walk, lift, carry and/or move up to 10 pounds
